Payouts
Add a payout method and request your publisher earnings, with the hold period, the minimum amount, the weekly schedule and how requests are settled.
Your publisher earnings collect in an available balance. When it reaches the minimum, you request a payout and the UluMob finance team sends it to your chosen method. Everything happens at /app/publisher/payouts.
Balances on the payouts page
| Balance | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Earnings you can request now. |
| On hold | Earnings that are still inside the hold period. Shown only when a hold period applies. |
| Requested, not yet paid | Amounts you have requested that finance has not yet settled. |
| Minimum payout | The smallest amount you can request. |
Referral commission is paid into the same available balance. See Referral program.
The hold period
Earnings and referral commission become available for payout $0 days after they are credited to your balance (0 means at once). Until then they show as On hold and cannot be requested. Each day's earnings are released on their own schedule, so your available balance grows a little every day rather than all at once. Your total balance is the available amount plus the amount on hold.
The hold gives us time to catch invalid traffic and refunded deposits before money leaves the platform. Earnings from invalid traffic can be withheld or reversed, as set out in the terms of service.
Add a payout method
Before your first request, add at least one method. Choose the type and fill in the details:
| Method | Details required |
|---|---|
| USDT (TRC20) | Wallet address starting with T |
| Bitcoin | Wallet address (bc1..., 1... or 3...) |
| PayPal | Account email |
| Payoneer | Account email or Payoneer customer ID |
| Capitalist | Account number, a capital letter followed by digits |
| Wire transfer | Account holder, IBAN (its check digits are verified), BIC and bank country (two letters) |
The format of each address or number is checked when you save. Check the details carefully anyway; a valid-looking address can still be the wrong one.
Payout details are stored encrypted. After saving, only the last four characters are shown again.
Your first method becomes the default. If you add more, mark the one you want as default. Payouts always go to the default method at the time of the request. You can edit, rename or remove a method; a method with a payout still on its way cannot be removed.
Confirmation and waiting time
Adding a method, or changing its details, asks for your account password, and for a code from your authenticator app when two-step sign-in is on. Then it is confirmed by email: we send a link to your account's address that works for 60 minutes. After you open it, the method waits 48 hours before it can receive a payout. If someone else gets into your account, they cannot send your earnings to a new destination right away. We email you about every change to your payout methods; if one was not you, change your password and contact us.
Request a payout
- Open
/app/publisher/payouts. - Under Request a payout, enter an amount, or leave it empty to request everything available.
- Select Request payout.
The request is accepted when all of these hold:
- You have a default payout method, it is confirmed and its waiting time is over.
- Where the platform requires verification, your company is verified (company accounts) or your identity document is approved (individuals), under Account settings.
- The amount is at least the minimum payout and no more than your available earnings (not counting what is on hold).
- You have not made another request in the last $7 days.
The standard minimum is $100. Some payout methods and some accounts have a higher minimum; the payouts page always shows the one that applies to you.
When the request is accepted, the amount moves from Available to Requested, not yet paid.
The payout schedule
You can make one request every $7 days, counted from your previous request. A request that was returned to you does not count towards this limit.
When the platform pays on a schedule (weekly, every two weeks or monthly, possibly with NET payment terms), the payouts page shows the next payout date. With automatic requests, the payout for a period is requested for you on its due day, to your confirmed default method, once your payable earnings from that period reach your minimum.
Invoices and statements
Every paid payout has a self-billing invoice with its own number, which UluMob issues on your behalf; open it from Invoice in the history. Monthly statements list each month's earnings by site and zone, rewards, adjustments, clawbacks and paid payouts. Both open as printable pages: use your browser's print dialog to save them as PDF.
How a request is settled
Finance reviews pending requests and settles each one in one of two ways.
- Sent. The money is sent to your method. You receive an email with the amount and the payment reference, and the request shows as completed in your history.
- Returned. The amount goes back to your available earnings. You receive an email with the reason. Fix the issue, for example your payout details, and request again.
The full payout conditions are in the terms of service.
