Do not sell or share my personal information

Draft: this text is waiting for legal review and is not yet binding.
1. Summary
UluMob does not sell personal information for money. Some US state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly, to include making data available to others for advertising purposes. Because UluMob is an ad network, this page explains what data is involved, how it is used, and how you can opt out.
This page supplements our privacy policy. It is operated by Ulumob Digital Marketing Ltd., Sarıyer / İstanbul.
2. What data is involved
When a website, domain, video player or Telegram Mini App carrying our tag requests an ad, we process:
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city);
- your browser's user agent and the device, operating system, browser and language derived from it;
- your carrier, ISP and connection type;
- a random visitor id stored in the publisher site's local storage, used to cap how often you see an ad;
- click ids and the time of impressions and clicks;
- conversion postbacks sent by advertisers for clicks they received.
3. How it is used
We use this data to choose which ad to show, respect advertisers' targeting and frequency caps, count impressions and clicks for billing, pay publishers, detect fraud and produce aggregated reports.
When you click an ad, some values, such as the click id, approximate location, device type and visitor id, may be passed to the advertiser in the link to their page, so they can measure their campaign. We do not receive money for this data, and we do not build cross-site profiles about you or sell lists of personal information. Under some state laws, this disclosure may nonetheless count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, which is why we offer an opt-out.
4. How to opt out
UluMob does not act on Global Privacy Control browser signals automatically yet. You can opt out in either of these ways:
- Email. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Do not sell or share". Tell us your state of residence. If you can, include the visitor id from the local storage of the site where you saw our ads, since we do not otherwise know who you are.
- Clear local storage. Clearing site data in your browser for sites that show our ads removes the visitor id. A new random id may be created on your next visit.
After a valid opt-out request, we will stop disclosing your ad-serving data to advertisers for purposes the law treats as sale or sharing, within 15 business days. We may still process the data to deliver non-personalised ads, prevent fraud, bill and pay, and meet legal obligations.
5. Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of their authority and may ask you to confirm the request directly.
6. Other rights
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, and to appeal a decision on your request. Send requests to [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal". If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact the attorney general of your state.
