Advertising policy

Last updated 2026-10-16

Draft: this text is waiting for legal review and is not yet binding.

1. Purpose

This policy sets the rules for every campaign, ad, creative and landing page served through UluMob. It applies in addition to the terms of service. The goal is simple: visitors should see honest ads, and publishers should be able to trust what appears on their sites.

You are responsible for your ads, your landing pages, any redirects in between and the offer behind them, including pages operated by your tracker or affiliate partners.

2. Prohibited content

We do not accept ads or landing pages that contain, promote or link to:

  1. Malware: viruses, spyware, adware, unwanted software, browser hijackers, cryptocurrency miners or any code that runs without the user's informed consent.
  2. Deceptive downloads: fake download or play buttons, installers that bundle software the user did not ask for, or files that are not what they claim to be.
  3. Fake system alerts: imitations of operating-system, browser or device warnings, fake virus scans, fake battery or storage alerts, fake notifications or chat messages.
  4. Impersonation: use of another company's or person's name, logo, interface or likeness to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist, including fake news articles and fake celebrity endorsements.
  5. Illegal products and services: illegal drugs, weapons and explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen data, hacking services, fake documents, and anything illegal in the targeted country.
  6. Phishing and data harvesting: pages that request passwords, card details or identity documents under false pretences.
  7. Unlawful or harmful content: sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, hate speech, content that incites violence, and content that exploits tragedies.
  8. Explicit adult content: explicit sexual imagery in creatives or on landing pages.
  9. Technical abuse: forced redirects, back-button hijacking, pages that block closing, auto-downloads, and cloaking (showing reviewers a different page from the one shown to visitors).

3. Restricted verticals

The following verticals are accepted only when the conditions below are met. See the verticals page for more detail on each.

Vertical Conditions
iGaming and sports betting the operator holds a licence valid in each targeted country; the landing page names the operator and its licence; no targeting of countries where the offer is illegal
Sweepstakes the landing page states what is required to enter, how winners are chosen and any cost involved
Dating mainstream offers only; creatives show adults and nothing explicit; no fake profiles or fake messages
Finance and crypto the operator and key terms are shown; the advertiser complies with local financial-promotion and licensing rules; no guaranteed-return claims
mVAS the price and subscription terms appear before the confirming tap; no auto-subscribe; cancellation is explained

For every restricted vertical, you must hold any licence or authorisation required in the targeted country and be able to show it on request. Landing pages must be honest about the offer, the price and the terms.

Adult-audience campaigns. Campaigns for adult audiences (18+) are accepted only while the platform has adult traffic enabled. They are shown only on sites that have chosen to accept them, and their creatives and landing pages stay non-explicit under rule 8 above.

4. Creatives must match landing pages

The ad is a promise about the page. Therefore:

  • the product, service, brand and price in the creative are the same as on the landing page;
  • titles and images do not use clickbait that the landing page does not deliver;
  • the landing page loads, works on the targeted devices and does not change after review;
  • interstitial and in-page creatives have a visible way to close;
  • gameplay shown in game creatives is real gameplay.

5. Review

  1. Every new campaign and every new ad is reviewed before it serves, usually within one business day.
  2. Every edit to an ad or its destination is reviewed again before the changed version serves.
  3. We may test landing pages from different countries and devices, and may re-check approved campaigns at any time.
  4. When we reject a campaign or ad, we give a reason in the panel. You can fix it and resubmit.

6. Enforcement

If a campaign breaks this policy we may reject or pause it, remove individual ads, or suspend the account. Serious or repeated violations, including malware, phishing and cloaking, lead to immediate suspension and may result in forfeiture of the remaining balance where permitted by law and the terms of service. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Reporting an ad

If you see an ad served by UluMob that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the page where it appeared, a screenshot and the landing page address if you have it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the network and the law change. Changes apply to new reviews from the date shown above and to running campaigns after notice in the panel.
