Publisher policy
Last updated 2026-10-16
Draft: this text is waiting for legal review and is not yet binding.
1. Purpose
This policy applies to every publisher and every property that carries UluMob ad tags, in addition to the terms of service. Advertisers pay for real attention from real people. These rules protect that, and with it the prices publishers earn.
2. Eligible properties
- Ownership. You must own or control each website, domain, video player or Telegram Mini App you add. Ownership is verified by a meta tag, an uploaded file or a DNS TXT record before review.
- Review. Each property is reviewed before it serves ads. We check that it has a genuine audience of its own and content that complies with this policy.
- Content. We do not accept properties that host or link to malware, illegal content, content sexualising minors, hate speech, copyright-infringing material distributed in breach of the law, or content that is illegal where the property operates.
- Accuracy. The categories and languages you declare for a property must be accurate. Advertisers target and pay based on them.
- Adult ads. A property can opt in to adult-audience ads (18+) only while the platform has adult traffic enabled. Without the opt-in, adult ads never run on it; turning it on sends the property back to review.
3. Placement rules
- No hidden placements. Ads must be visible to the visitor: no zero-size, off-screen, transparent, stacked or covered ad units.
- No forced clicks. Do not trigger clicks automatically, overlay ads with invisible elements, or place ads where a visitor is likely to click by accident, such as next to download or play buttons.
- No misleading presentation. Do not label ads as content, downloads, navigation or system messages, and do not alter ad creatives.
- Reasonable density. As a guideline, place no more than four ad codes on one page. More units rarely add earnings and usually lower quality scores and prices.
- One format per zone. Use each zone's tag only for the format it was created for, and only on the property it belongs to.
4. Traffic quality
- No incentivised traffic. Do not pay, reward or ask visitors to view or click ads, including through offerwalls, points, unlocks or "click to support us" requests.
- No bots. Do not send traffic from bots, scripts, emulators, automated browsers, click farms or any source that does not represent real people.
- No traffic manipulation. Do not reload pages to generate impressions, open hidden frames, stuff cookies or local storage, spoof referrers or user agents, or tamper with tags, click links or impression beacons.
- Bought traffic. If you buy traffic for your property, you are responsible for its quality. Disclose paid sources using sub-IDs so they can be measured separately.
UluMob filters known bots, click floods and scripted request patterns automatically. Requests that fail these checks are not filled, and events flagged as invalid are not paid. Zone quality reports in the panel show how each zone scores.
5. Earnings and payouts
- You earn a revenue share of what advertisers pay for valid events on your zones, as shown in your account. The network default is 80%; we may set a different share per property or zone.
- Payouts can be requested once your earnings balance reaches $100, at most once every 7 days.
- Each request is reviewed before payment. Requested amounts are held during review.
- Payouts are sent by USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, PayPal, Payoneer, Capitalist or wire transfer, to the details you provide. Fees charged by the payment method may apply.
- Earnings from flagged or invalid traffic are not paid. If invalid traffic is found after earnings were credited, we may deduct them from your balance or future earnings.
6. Visitor privacy
You must have a privacy notice on your property that discloses third-party advertising and the data it uses, as described in our privacy policy, and obtain any consent required by the law that applies to you and your visitors. Do not pass personal data such as names or email addresses to UluMob in sub-IDs or any other parameter.
7. Enforcement
If a property or zone breaks this policy we may stop serving ads to it, withhold earnings attributable to the violation, reduce the revenue share, or suspend the account. Serious or repeated violations, including bot traffic and forced clicks, lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of earnings from invalid traffic.
8. Questions and changes
If you are unsure whether a placement or traffic source is allowed, ask before you use it: [email protected]. We may update this policy; changes are announced in the panel and apply from the date shown above.
