About UluMob

UluMob is a self-serve ad network. Advertisers buy traffic in a real-time auction, publishers earn a share of every sale, and both sides see the numbers.

What UluMob is

UluMob connects two groups of people. Advertisers want visitors who are likely to act on an offer. Publishers own sites, domains, video players and Telegram Mini Apps with visitors to spare. Between them sits an auction that runs for every single ad request and decides, in milliseconds, which campaign gets the visit and at what price.

Everything happens in one self-serve panel. Advertisers deposit, build campaigns, set bids and read reports without waiting for anyone. Publishers add sites, create zones and request payouts the same way. People still review every campaign, every ad and every site, because a network is only as good as what it serves.

How it works

For advertisers. You choose a format, a pricing model and a bid, target the countries and devices you want, and submit your ads for review. Once approved, your campaign enters the auction on every matching request. You pay for rendered impressions, clicks or signed conversions, depending on the model you chose, from a prepaid balance. For publishers. You verify that you own your site, pass review and paste a tag for each zone. Each request on that zone runs an auction among eligible campaigns. You earn a revenue share of what the winner pays, 80% by default, and request a payout weekly once your balance reaches $100. Read more for publishers.

In between. The engine filters known bots and scripted requests before any auction runs, bills impressions only when they render, signs every click and conversion so they cannot be forged, and records each event so both sides can audit their results.

What we believe

Prices should be visible. Minimum bids by format and country are published on the traffic volume page. Advertisers can pass the exact cost of each click to their tracker. Publishers see their earnings next to every impression.

You should pay for what happened. A request for an ad is not an impression. A repeated click is not a new click. A conversion without a valid signature is not a conversion. The billing rules follow from that.

Bad traffic is everyone's problem. Fraud raises costs for honest advertisers and lowers prices for honest publishers. Traffic our filters flag is neither charged nor paid.

Ads should not lie. Fake system alerts, impersonation and deceptive downloads are refused, whatever the bid. The advertising policy says what we accept and what we do not.

Self-serve should mean control. Bids, budgets, targeting, blacklists and reports are yours to change at any hour, in the panel or through the API.
