Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions advertisers and publishers ask most. If yours is not here, write to [email protected].

Which ad formats can I buy?

Nine: popunder, push, in-page push, native, banner, interstitial, domain redirect, in-stream video and Telegram Mini Apps. Each campaign runs on one format, and each format allows the pricing models that suit it.

How am I charged?

CPM campaigns pay per thousand impressions, counted when the ad renders on screen or the popunder opens. CPC pays per click, counted once per signed click link. CPA pays your bid per signed conversion. CPV pays per video view, counted when the video starts. Requesting an ad costs nothing, and traffic our filters mark as bot or scripted is never charged.

What is the minimum budget and bid?

The minimum daily budget is $15, or $50 for in-stream video. Minimum bids depend on format and country and are listed on the traffic volume page. When you target several countries, the highest floor among them applies.

How long does campaign review take?

Usually within one business day. Every new campaign and every new or edited ad is checked against the advertising policy before it serves.

What is smart CPM?

A bid strategy for CPM campaigns. You set a maximum, and when you win you pay one cent above the next best bid, never more than your maximum. It saves money where competition is thin.

How do I track conversions?

Put {click_id} in your destination URL, keep it through your funnel and call the signed postback when someone converts. The panel generates postback URLs for Voluum, Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack and BeMob. See conversion tracking.

Which countries can I target?

Traffic is open to bidding in 193 countries. Volume differs a lot by format and country, so check the traffic volume page before you set a budget.

Which sites can join as publishers?

Sites, parked domains, video players and Telegram Mini Apps with a real audience of their own. You verify ownership by meta tag, file or DNS record, and each site is reviewed against the publisher policy before it serves ads.

How much do publishers earn?

A revenue share of what advertisers pay for your traffic, 80% by default. Larger sources may get a different share per site or zone. Earnings appear in reports next to impressions and clicks.

When and how are publishers paid?

When you request it, once your balance reaches $100. Payouts go out by USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, PayPal, Payoneer, Capitalist or wire transfer after a short review.

Why was some of my traffic not paid?

Requests from known bots are not filled. Click floods, data-centre and proxy traffic and scripted patterns are flagged, and flagged events are not paid. Each zone on your Zones page shows its last 7 days, including the share of flagged traffic, so you can fix a bad source.

How many ad codes can I place on one page?

We recommend no more than four per page. More units rarely add earnings and usually hurt the visitor experience and the prices advertisers pay.

How do I add funds?

By card, from $50. The balance is prepaid: campaigns spend from it and pause when it runs out, so you never spend more than you deposited. Your balance is credited once the payment provider confirms the charge.

Can one account be both advertiser and publisher?

Yes. You can hold both roles in one account, with separate balances for spending and earnings.

Is there an API?

Yes. A REST API covers campaigns, creatives, tracking, reports, publisher sites, zones and payouts. Create keys on your account page. See the API overview.

How do I close my account or get help?

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer questions about billing, review decisions and data requests the same way.
