Targeting
Control where UluMob campaigns run with country, device and source rules, saved source lists, schedules and frequency caps.
Targeting decides which visitors and which traffic sources a campaign may buy. Every rule narrows the audience, so a campaign only competes for a request when all of its rules pass.
This section covers three areas. The first lists every targeting option in the campaign form and how include and exclude rules behave. The second explains how to stop buying a weak source straight from a report, and how to keep zones, sites, sub-IDs, ISPs and IPs in saved lists you attach to many campaigns. The third covers start and end dates, day-parting, frequency caps and volume and conversion caps.

- Source lists and blockingBlock weak zones and sub-IDs straight from UluMob reports, and keep saved allow and block lists you attach to many campaigns.
- Schedules and capsSet start and end dates, day-parting, frequency caps and volume and conversion caps on UluMob campaigns, and see which clock each one uses.
- Retargeting audiencesPut an UluMob pixel on your site, collect visitors in an audience, and show a campaign only to them, or never to them. Includes the limits of third-party cookies.
