Deposits and receipts

Campaigns spend from a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add funds on the billing page at /app/advertiser/billing, and every movement on the balance is listed there.

Add funds

1. Open /app/advertiser/billing.
2. Choose a payment method. The billing page lists only the methods that are open to you, each with its own minimum.
3. Enter the amount and select Continue.

A single deposit can be up to $100000, in whole cents. Every method credits your balance in US dollars, and only after the payment is confirmed, never when you close a form or come back from a payment page. Until then the deposit is listed as pending.

Method	Minimum	How it works
Card	$50	Pay in the secure card form. Processed by Stripe.
Bank transfer (havale/EFT)	$100	You get our bank details and a reference. We credit the balance when the money arrives.
Cryptocurrency	$20	You pay on a secure NOWPayments page. The amount is credited in US dollars once the payment is confirmed.
PayPal	$20	You approve the payment on PayPal and return to the billing page.

Bank transfer

1. Choose Bank transfer, enter the amount and select Continue.
2. Send exactly that amount to the bank account shown and write the reference (it looks like ULM-7K3XQ2) in the transfer description. The same details stay available under Deposit requests while the request is pending.
3. We confirm the money when it reaches our account, usually within one or two business days, and credit the amount we actually received. If the bank deducted fees on the way, the credit is that smaller amount.

A bank-transfer request that is not paid within $7 days expires. If you pay after that, write to [email protected] with the reference and we will still confirm it.

Cryptocurrency

You are sent to a secure payment page to pay in the coin of your choice. The balance is credited when the payment is finished and matches the amount requested. If you pay less than asked, the deposit stays open and the UluMob team settles it with you; it is not credited automatically.

PayPal

You approve the payment on PayPal and come back to the billing page, where the deposit is completed. If you close the PayPal window before returning, the payment is still credited once PayPal confirms it.

When the balance runs low

You receive an email when your balance is low. Campaigns keep serving until the balance is spent and then stop. Paused campaigns do not spend, so pausing is the way to keep funds aside.

New campaigns also have minimum daily budgets: $15 for most formats and $50 for in-stream video. Your deposit should cover at least the daily budgets of the campaigns you plan to run.

The transaction list

The billing page lists every transaction on your advertiser balance, newest first, with date, type, method, status and amount. Types you may see:

Type	Meaning
Deposit	Funds you added.
Bonus	A credit added by UluMob.
Refund	A deposit returned to you. It is deducted from your balance. See Refunds and closing.
Adjustment	A correction made by the UluMob team, with a recorded reason.

Spend on campaigns is not listed line by line here. For spend by day, campaign, country or source, use reports.

Receipts

Every completed deposit has a receipt. In the transaction list, select Receipt next to the deposit. The receipt opens in a new tab at an address of this form:

/app/advertiser/billing/receipts/{transaction-id}

The receipt shows:

• A receipt number and the date the payment completed, in your account time zone.
• Who it is billed to: your company name if the account is a company, otherwise your name, followed by the address, country and VAT number held on your account where present, and your email.
• The payment method and the payment provider's reference.
• The amount, described as prepaid advertising balance for your account.

Select Print or save as PDF and use your browser's print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF" as the printer to keep a file for your records.

Receipts exist only for completed deposits. A pending or failed payment has no receipt, and neither do bonuses or adjustments.

Using the API

Scripts with an API key can read the balance and start deposits:

• GET https://ulumob.com/api/v1/advertiser/billing/transactions returns your balance, the open payment methods with their minimums, your recent deposits requests and a paginated list of transactions.
• POST https://ulumob.com/api/v1/advertiser/billing/stripe-deposit with {"amount": 100} creates a pending deposit and returns a Stripe client_secret for the payment.
• POST https://ulumob.com/api/v1/advertiser/billing/deposits with {"method": "wire", "amount": 500} (or crypto, paypal) creates a deposit request. It returns the deposit with its reference, and either the bank details or a redirect_url to send the customer to. Deposit requests are limited to 20 per hour.

The deposit call requires an Idempotency-Key header of 16 to 100 letters, digits, dashes or underscores. Sending the same key again returns the same deposit instead of creating a second one, so a retried request never charges twice.
