No gatekeeper between you and the traffic
On a managed network, every change goes through an account manager: a new country, a bid, a blacklist. On UluMob you make those changes yourself, and they take effect as soon as you save.
Self-serve does not mean unsupervised. Every campaign and every ad passes review against the advertising policy before it serves, usually within one business day. Edited ads are reviewed again. That keeps the network clean for both sides without slowing down the work you do every day.

A typical first day
- Register as an advertiser. If you also run sites, the same account can hold the publisher role.
- Deposit by card. The balance is prepaid, so you can never spend more than you put in.
- Check volumes and floors for your countries on the traffic volume page.
- Build the campaign. Start with a daily budget of $15, or $50 for video, and a bid at or a little above the floor.
- Add tracking. Put
{click_id}in the destination URL and paste the postback into your tracker. - Submit for review. Once approved, the campaign starts serving immediately.
- Optimize after the first data arrives: blacklist zones that do not convert, raise bids where they do.
Prices you can see
Self-serve only works if the numbers are visible. Minimum bids per format and country are published. Your cost per click or open can be passed to your tracker with the {cost} macro. Reports show spend next to every result. You pay CPM when an ad renders, CPC per billed click, CPA per signed conversion, and nothing for traffic our filters refuse.
The formats behind it
UluMob sells nine formats from one account: popunder, push, in-page push, native, banner, interstitial, domain redirect, in-stream video and Telegram Mini Apps. Traffic is open to bidding in 193 countries. The verticals page shows which formats suit which kinds of offers and the rules each vertical follows.
